Group Winners and Hosts
The play-offs will involve the runner-up teams from each of the 10 qualifying groups, along with the best third-placed team. The top three finishers from the play-offs will advance to the EURO 2024 finals, joining the 20 group winners and hosts Germany in the tournament.
